Starring

RICHARD BAUER as Leon
Richard is very happy to be working at STC for the first time. Recent acting credits include The Christmas Express and Maggie’s Getting Married (Upper Canada Playhouse), Sexy Laundry and Skin Flick (Lighthouse Festival Theatre). He was also in the premiere productions of Norm Foster’s Bedtime Stories (Theatre Orangeville) and Bob’s Your Elf (UC Playhouse). Last year he also directed the farces Don’t Dress for Dinner (Ramada Dinner Theatre) and Cash on Delivery (UC Playhouse). Enjoy the show!
JACKLYN FRANCIS as Justine
Jacklyn is very happy to be returning to Sudbury (where she last appeared in Blithe Spirit) and honored to be a part of David Savoy’s first season as Artistic Director. Past work includes four seasons with the Stratford Festival, two seasons with the Blyth festival, as well as work with regional theatres across Canada. Jacklyn is delighted to have the opportunity to work with Sue Miner on this wonderful play with such a talented cast.
STEPHEN SPARKS as Bill
Recently Stephen played Tom Thomson in Colours In The Storm (Prince Edward County). Other credits include Bella Donna (Burning Passions Theatre), Enchanted April (Theatre Calgary), Bach in Leipzig (Theatre Athena), Noises Off (The Atlantic Theatre Festival), Real Estate (Theatre Aquarius), Mick Unplugged (Alberta Theatre Projects), Private Lives (Showboat Theatre), and Tequila Vampire Matinee (Theatre Passe Murielle). If he were to fill out a love list every entry would say Shelley.


SUE MINER Director
Sue is honoured to be a part of The Love List. Recent credits include The Barbeque King (Globus); The Fantasticks (Red Barn); The Tempest (Canadian Stage); Real Estate and Sexy Laundry (Theatre Aquarius). She directed and co-adapted Love You Forever and More Munsch (LKTYP). Upcoming, The Barbeque King (Port Stanley). Sue is also co-artistic director of Pea Green Theatre Group with her husband Mark Brownell. Love and thanks to Mark and children Lily and Gavin.
EAMONN REIL Stage Manager
Eamonn is happy to be at STC and to be working with David again. He just finished SMing Rumpelstiltskin (Stirling Festival Theatre), and ASMing A Moon for the Misbegotten and The Devil’s Disciple (Shaw Festival). An almost graduate of the University of Windsor (3 credits to go... still) Eamonn has also worked for Soulpepper, Drayton Entertainment, Theatre New Brunswick, and The Victoria Playhouse Petrolia. Love to Tanner, Carter, Sydney and Caleb.
DOUG ROBINSON Set Designer
Doug is a graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada and The Motley Theatre Design Course, London, England. The Love List is Doug’s third production for STC, the others being the season opener Leading Ladies and the Christmas production of Sleeping Beauty. CHARLOTTE ROBERTSON Costume Designer
Charlotte is thrilled to be working on her first Sudbury Theatre Centre show. Previous costume credits include Marg Szkaluba (Pissy’s Wife), Carnival (New West Theatre), Orra and Zadie’s Shoes (McGill University). In 2008, Charlotte worked as a Costume Dresser for the Cirque du Soleil’s Corteo during its North American tour. Charlotte trained in Costuming for Theatre at McGill University in Montreal.
JIM HAWLEY Lighting Designer
Jim is thrilled to be working once again with Artistic Director David Savoy. Currently enjoying his first season as Technical Director of the Sudbury Theatre Centre, Jim is designing his first mainstage STC show, The Love List. Previous credits include several lighting designs at Showboat Festival Theatre in Port Colborne and Magnus Theatre in Thunder Bay. Jim will also be designing STC’s The Flying Bandit and I Met a Bully on the Hill later this season.
