I hope you are all having a terrific summer so far. Things are quiet around STC, but never for long. Y.E.S. theatre will be moving on to our stage in just over a month for their production of Spring Awakening which, after their previous productions of Hair and Rent, I know the up and coming actors in Sudbury will dazzle with the passion and talent.

While STC may not have anything on the boards during the summer, things are far from idle. I have been busy putting together all the ingredients for our upcoming season. Actors have bee...

Dear Friends:

The selection of plays at STC only gets better and better; this year's array was stellar.

"Wingfield Lost and Found" was exceedingly delightful; Dan Needles created another great story. Long live Needles, Beattie, and the theatre!

Respectfully,

Laurie T.

STC would love to hear from all of our patrons. If you have a sto...

Under the leadership of Matthew Heiti, STC's Writer-in-Residence, the group of ten have been meeting weekly to share and develop their work. And the results were outstanding. Could you write a story about a hotel room with a personality? I mean a literal personality? How about the thick dramatic silent moments when a husband returns home after years of absence from...
